Physical exercises to cure High Blood Pressure

It is beneficial to do light and easy to do exercises slowly to cure high Blood Pressure. One should not do heavy exercises like lifting heavy weight or stretching a lot. Walking is the best exercise. One should walk outside in fresh air and if possible
bare-footed on the green grass.

If it is not possible to go outside then at-least one should do household works which helps in two forms. Working in the home doing physical work not only makes you fit but also saves money as there is no need to hire anyone.

Make an habit to take 5 to 10 minutes of long and deep breath while walking, sitting and working.

High blood pressure patient should be careful and always take rest whenever feeling any type of tiredness or stress. 

Shavasana is the best posture to relax.  This posture require to be lie down on the bed with back straight, hands and legs open and your eyes closed. Now get detached from your mind and just watch activities of mind as you watch outside TV. This will ultimately relax your physical body as well as your inner plane.

Those who mainly do mental work like managers, engineers etc. should take 10 minutes of rest after every 1 hour of the work. One can meditate during this time or can go outside in fresh air, roam around, drink water and  can sing too. 

Drinking lemon juice is also beneficial for high blood pressure.

High Blood Pressure patients should avoid taking indigenous butter and vegetable oil and instead try to use sunflower or sesame oil.

One should walk barefooted daily and should clean your hairs properly and avoid using soap as much as possible.
