High blood pressure is not the disease in itself hence we
will not treat high blood pressure but we will treat causes of high blood
pressure.
1) Get rid of mental tension - Mental Tension is
the root cause of high blood pressure. In today’s competition world, everyone is
in race and wants to go ahead of another.
Mental tension increases due to expectation like
getting richer, gaining fame, having more facilities etc. One should limit his expectations and do not run behind it. One should have inner satisfaction and live life normally.

One should live happily with family and
friends and develop love and respect for each other. If situations are not
favorable and it is difficult to change them, then one should not get depressed and just do their efforts with calm mind.
2) Eating habits should be improved - Healthy and
easy to digest food should be taken. Always intake food lesser than hunger. There
should be fixed eating timings and avoid eating at any time of the day.
One should have control over eating. Salt consumption should be reduced. Fatty people should reduce their fat. Avoid smoking and drinking too much of coffee or Tea.
3) Regular Physical Exercise - Physical exercises are very important to be healthy. One should do at-least half an hour physical exercises. It can be anything depending upon your interest like yoga, breathing exercises, gym etc. Oil massage also helps in keeping your body fit and normalizing blood pressure.
4) Change daily routine habits - Changing your habits are much better than taking medicines. Small changes can make you fit and fully healthy. High Blood Pressure patients should take rest in between work and avoid work
stress as much as possible. Such patients should walk at-least 30 minutes daily in fresh air. Walking barefooted on grass also benefits heart and blood pressure.
One should take more sleep and make habit of early to bed and early to rise which ultimately makes man
healthy, wealthy and wise.
Cleanliness is very important. Daily bathing habits helps in avoiding many diseases.
5) Meditation - Meditation is the best medicine for all mental worries. Regular 30-60 minutes daily meditation helps in normalizing blood pressure, remove all mental worries, treat all mental diseases like insomnia, depression, migraine and so on.
Process of Meditation :- Meditation is not concentration and it has no technique. All technique and methods are of concentration. In meditation, one have to sit with leg crossed, back slightly straight and eyes closed. Now observe whatsoever happening inside you. If it is darkness and nothing else just observe that and when thoughts come then watch them as neutral energy. Do not try to suppress thoughts and also do not go with them. Just watch them as a neutral energy as you watch TV outside.
