Garlic - How to use it to cure high blood pressure

Garlic prevents blood cots in small arteries. It normalized cholesterol level in the body.Garlic buds reduces mental tension and pressure. Its regular use controls heart beats and pulse rate. It is very beneficial in high blood pressure and mental tension if taken regularly. Garlic is also beneficial in paralysis.

There are different ways of taking garlic. Ways are mentioned below. You can choose one which is comfortable to you.


1) Swallow up 4 buds of garlic with water. It is more effective if taken empty stomach but you can also take it after the meal or before going to bed. It can be taken either two times a day or one time depending upon seriousness of blood pressure but if you are not high blood pressure patient, then do not take it daily but only few times a month.

2) Garlic juice is also beneficial. Try to take leafy green garlic instead of dry one to extract the juice. Initially, one should intake one teaspoon of garlic in half cup hot water and then keep on reducing amount of garlic juice gradually.

3) Take 600 gram of garlic, peel it off and dry it under sun. When fully dried then put it in the wide opened glass jar and pour honey over it so that buds get fully dipped. Now put this jar under sun, pick it up in the night and again keep it in the morning. Do this for 15 days. Now your garlic is ready. Take 2-3 buds with hot milk everyday. This helps in both low and high blood pressure.

4) Boil 7 buds of garlic in one glass of milk. Take these garlic buds along with hot milk. This also helps in normalizing high blood pressure.

5) Put 5 drops of garlic juice in 4 teaspoons of water. Take it twice a day.

6) Grind 6 buds of garlic and mix it in 2 teaspoons of honey. Take it along with chapatti twice a day. This prevents blood to get thick and also strengthen the heart.

7) Put 10 drops of garlic juice in one teaspoon of honey and lick it thrice a day.

High Cholesterol level is one of the main causes of high blood pressure. Therefore, one should take care of cholesterol level in all types of food and avoid ghee, oil and other sour eatable items.
