How to use Onion and Watermelon for high blood pressure.

Onion :- Raw onion dilute the blood and exotic elements in the body come out with urine. Its regular use helps in normalizing both low as well as high blood pressure.

Directions for use :-
Mix equal amount of onion juice and honey. Take 2 teaspoons of this mixture everyday for 15 days.

Watermelon :-  

1) Separately grind equal amount of poppy and kernels of watermelon's seeds. Swallow one teaspoon of each powder with water. It should be taken empty stomach and twice a day for one month. This not only helps in normalizing high blood pressure but also reduce high cholesterol level.

2) Juice of watermelon's anal next to the skin is also beneficial in high blood pressure.

3) Dry the watermelon seeds in the shade. Grind two teaspoons of these seeds and keep it inside 1 cup boiling water for 1 hour. Then filter it and drink it after mixing well. Do this regularly for 4 days. This widens the blood capillaries and thus normalize high blood pressure. This juice also remove swelling of the ankles if any.

4) Just eating kernel of watermelon's seeds also helps.

5) Mix little bit black pepper in watermelon juice and drink it.

6) Take 4 teaspoons of watermelon seeds without skin, one teaspoon of poppy, ten pieces of almonds. Soak them overnight in small amount of water. Finely Grind them and dissolve it in two glasses of water. Now mix two teaspoons of honey. Your mixture is ready. Regular drinking of this mixture helps in reducing high blood pressure.
